Hi,
I want to increase my height. My current height is 5.6′ and my age is 24 years. I am a male here.
Because of my height I often feel inferior.
Please suggest.

I think at your current age, the only realistic way to improve your height is with posture. How you hold yourself improves the perception of your height. So shoulders back and chest out. Don’t slouch or hunch your shoulders and people will see you taller than you really are.

well you see, i used o be 4′7, now im 5′6. I had my best frend hold my legs and my sister would hold my arms and we would count to three and i woud have them run un opposite directions 4 times a week and it worked
